Blog 5: my dream job

Hello today I will talk about the job of my dreams…. should you study what you dream of being or not? The job of my dreams is specifically what I am studying now, primary education…Pedagogy is part of my dreams. In the future I hope to be working surrounded by babies from 0 to 6 years old, with a trained pedagogical team, which promotes education and good coexistence... good coexistence is very necessary for me, it helps reduce people's stress. Thus, within the team there will be happier professionals, which is what boys and girls need the most at that stage of life... a bitter educator would be rare, although they do exist... In my first years of experience, I would like to travel to other countries. I am very interested in helping low-income kindergartens to generate valuable changes with the team and leave a beautiful mark on the boys and girls. I would like to work hard to gain experience and in the future have my own establishment. I do not imagine it with a fabulous infrastru...

Changes to my study program

Hello, today I will talk about some changes that come to mind when I think about my career and my university. I am studying Early Childhood Education at University of Chile, i entered this university just for the prestige it has and when I arrived I was surprised by its appearance, if I could change something, it would be that, More green areas and clean walls :) I say this because I come from another university where the green areas were many and beautiful and the walls were not scratched and with so many things stuck to them. The bathrooms! I honestly don't like that there are mixed bathrooms:) I happen to go in and there's a man there, I don't feel comfortable hahaha. I still feel that the university itself is a bit messy, it cost me a lot to learn the places to go, well although I also have a bad memory hahaha... I like the study plan of my career in general, but I would love for there to be more opportunities for field trips. I find the demands of each branch appropria...

Blog 4: Changes to my study programme

Hello, today I will talk about some changes that come to mind when I think about my career and my university. I am studying pre primary education at the University of Chile, I entered this university because of the prestige it has and the teachers I have had during my training confirm what I say. Excellent professionals, dialogue and respect. When I arrived I was surprised by its appearance, if I could change something it would be that, More green areas and clean walls. The walls are all scratched and with things stuck. I would like us to take care of the university, because visually, it is far from being a “beautiful” university. I still feel that the university itself is a bit messy, I still can't learn the places to go! I still don't even know the name of the place where the students gather to have a beer…. well, although I also have a bad memory😊 I like my career curriculum in general, but I wish there were more opportunities for field trips.  I find the demands of each su...

Blog 3: MOVIES AND/OR SERIES THAT YOU WOULD RECOMMEND

Imagen
Today I would like to recommend the movie "COCO". This movie was created by Lee Unkrich and published in the year 2017. The film COCO was an Oscar winner (in the Best Animated Film categories), it is set in Mexico and focused on one of the most emblematic celebrations of that country: the Day of the Dead. Miguel Rivera, the protagonist of the film, dreams of becoming a famous singer like his idol Ernesto de la Cruz. But for the Riveras, music has been banned since his great-great-grandfather left his family to achieve fame as a professional musician. A mysterious spell transports him to the world of the dead, from which he can only emerge if a dead relative gives him his blessing, but his great-great-grandmother refuses to let him come back to life unless he promises that he will not be a musician. I like him because he teaches the importance of a united family, friendship, honesty and of course, perseverance and effort. He also teaches us that no person disappears fr...

Blog 2: The best vacation ever

My best vacations were this summer 2023 in Futaleufú.  I've had plenty of good vacations but this summer was special. We did not go anywhere outside of town, we were at home, we enjoyed the BBQ, the garden, and we also went to the river several times.  We enjoyed making roast lamb, playing darts and the loser drank tequila with lemon hahaha :), we also danced among ourselves, it was a wonderful atmosphere.  In the river the men played ball;  we listened to music and laughed together, all in the same tune.  They were three beautiful months.  I enjoyed my family and friends a lot.  It was a special vacation because I ended a 4-year relationship, and after having a hard time, I learned to appreciate what I had put aside.  Family moments and my essence.  I have recovered my essence from when I was little, my mom told me that I was very happy when I was little and that she was very happy to see me shine again.

Blog 1: A country I would like to visit

Imagen
Hi, my name is Ignacia and  the country i would like to go is Brazil, because it is welcoming,  entertaining and beautiful, the people are happy, they love dancing in the carnivals.  It is a  very very big country, a tourist place, as city Rio de Janeiro with its warm beaches, their  light blue colors. I would like to visit the beaches, take a shower, get a tan on my boby. I would just like to visit brazil,  eat a lot  of food.  I would not live in brazil. I think i would not get used to it, because i already went, i think that just going as a tourist is fine. Although if they give me a choice between living in Santiago or Rio de Janeiro, there ir no doubt haha:).  I think that Santiago stopped being a city where you can enjoy yourself quietly, it became a city...or it has always been a very dangerous city and without so many wonderful places, according to me.
